Returns & Exchanges

At Ölend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new companion; if you are not, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original dust bag and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
